Returns and Adjustments

     Every effort is made to build the guitar of your dreams, however, if you are not satisfied with the guitar you may return it for a refund, less the nonrefundable down payment, within a five day period.  If the guitar requires restoration, additional charges may apply.  Reimbursement to you will immediately follow the resale of your guitar.  Adjustments to your guitar may be needed after you play it for a while.  I will make minor adjustments for free if you pay shipping both directions.  Major adjustments or modifications will be quoted for approval before the work is started.

References

     I respect the time and privacy of my customers; therefore I do not provide names or phone numbers of any past or present customer.  While I realize this may make  your decision in choosing a guitar more difficult, I feel that in this day and time it is justified.  My customers appreciate this approach, and I ask only that they tell their friends and family about my guitars if they are completely satisfied with the product, and only if they feel compelled to do so.  Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
